

Step 1
You receive a text message starting with your registration number, you will need this to drop your vehicle off. Locker locations South side at unit B9, Eastbourne lockers located centre of building. Use door code supplied on text, the locks turn clockwise.

Step 2
Open your text message starting with your reg number and use the 6-digit code or open the link to generate a QR code. You can leave a voice message up to 60 seconds which goes directly to the technician with any faults you would like looked at.

Step 3
Our technicians will carry out the service you are booked in for and complete a vehicle health check which will then be priced up.

Step 4
Results of your service and health check will be emailed to you followed up with a call from a service advisor to explain in detail any findings.

Step 5
If any work is authorised by you our team will send an invoice straight away with a payment link via email or text.

Step 6
Once the invoice is paid and your vehicle complete, we will send another text with your collection code.
